These terms cover your use of KingZane.com, including points, the store, leaderboards and giveaways. By using the site you agree to them. KingZane is a content and community site, not a casino, and it does not take bets or hold funds.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
By using KingZane.com you confirm you are 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live, and that you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What KingZane is
We are a content and community site. We do not operate a casino, take bets, or hold player funds. Partner sites featured here are independent third parties with their own terms, licences and payout rules. Your account and money on those sites are strictly between you and them.
3. Affiliate relationship and code
We earn commission when people sign up through our links or use code ZANE. That is how prize pools and giveaways are funded. It never changes the price, bonus or odds you receive on a partner site.
4. Your account
You may hold one account and are responsible for keeping it secure and for everything done through it. Linked partner accounts are yours to manage. When you link a site we verify you by the account identifier that site provides, not just a username, so link the account you actually own. Providing false information or linking an account that is not yours may void your rewards.
5. Points and the store
Points are a community loyalty currency. They are not money, carry no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can be adjusted or reset if we detect abuse. Store items are limited and may be substituted or withdrawn, and every redemption is reviewed manually before it is fulfilled.
6. Leaderboards and giveaways
Leaderboard positions depend on wager data supplied by partner sites and can be corrected if that data is wrong or delayed. Giveaway and event entries must be genuine, one account per person. Multi-accounting, botting, or faking entries voids all entries and any prize.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its games, and do not harass other members of the community. We may suspend or remove access at any time for abuse.
8. Provably fair games
Our on-site games use provably fair mechanics: outcomes are committed in advance and can be independently verified after each round. Once a round is resolved the result is final. You are responsible for the points you stake.
9. Intellectual property
The KingZane name, branding, design and content are ours or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without permission. Partner logos and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Third-party sites and responsible gambling
Any casino or betting site linked or promoted here is an independent third party operating under its own licence and terms. We are not responsible for them or for your play on them. Gambling carries real risk, the house keeps an edge, and you must be of legal age. 11. Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every figure shown is free of error, and we make no warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingZane is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on any information shown here, or from gambling on third-party platforms. You use the site and any linked platform at your own risk.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold KingZane harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your activity on partner sites.
14. Changes
These terms may change. When they do, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
